Summit Ski-Doo Snowmobile
The Summit range of Ski-Doo Snowmobiles was designed for a single objective – to climb the toughest slopes. These snowmobiles are specially designed for usage on the mountains with occasional trail runs on flat areas. Their raw power combined with effortless handling allows the rider to conquer the unreachable. Engine options include the Rotax 600R and the more powerful Rotax 850 though Rotax 600 is the only one available in the Summit Sports model. The SP and X variants have the innovative ultracapacitor-based E-Tec start. All models have the tMotion suspension that minimizes the work required for initiating a roll. All models come with the Rotax Electronic Reverse and heated throttle lever and grips as stock features. There are multiple track length options available in Summit snowmobiles – 146, 154, 165, and 175.
Renegade Ski-Doo Snowmobile
For individuals who like to explore new trails, the Renegade selection of Ski-Doo snowmobiles makes the perfect sense. These crossover snowmobiles allow the rider to take on trails in all types of terrains. The rider can take on high-speed trails and navigate unchartered grounds with equal ease. There are multiple engine options available including the Rotax 850 E-Tec, Rotax 600R E-Tec, and the Rotax 900 Ace with an elective turbo depending on the snowmobile variant. Models with the E-Tec engines have a narrower design profile than models with the Ace engines. The RAS 3 front suspension and rMotion rear suspension ensure a comfortable ride with precise handling and minimal bumps. RER is only installed on E-Tec engines while ace engines have mechanical reverse. An economical Renegade Sports model is also available.
MXZ Ski-Doo Snowmobile
Ski-Doo snowmobiles engineered its MXZ models to cater to the performance enthusiast segment. They deliver superlative performance, have meticulous cornering ability, are deft and respond to even feather light inputs from the rider almost as if driven by thoughts. Both the Rotax 600R E-Tec and the Rotax 850 E-Tec engines are available in the MXZ snowmobiles. Pilot 5.7 skis are standard. Some models can be installed with the adjustable Pilot TS skis for raising or lowering the runner based on the snow conditions. The ergo-step side panels of MXZ snowmobiles facilitate three different riding positions depending on the cornering style. An open toe hold allows pivoting of the foot outward for aggressive turns. The MXZs are one of the preferred snowmobiles of professional racers. There are four variants available and an additional low-cost Sports model.
Grand Touring Ski-Doo Snowmobile
The Grand Touring range of Ski-Doo snowmobiles allows a team of two to explore the wilds together. These snowmobiles are designed to provide maximum comfort to the rider and passenger. There are three variants of Grand Touring snowmobiles available – Sports with Rotax 600 Ace, Sports Rev Gen 4 with Rotax 900 Ace and the limited edition with a choice between Rotax 600R, 900 Ace, and 900 Ace Turbo. All models have the Pilot 5.7 SL Skis that hold the snowmobile steady and prevent darting. Standard features include electric start, mirrors, and heated driver and passenger grips. Finger throttle option is available on grand touring models making longer rides easier. It also supports the Linq cargo attachment for expanding the storage space.
Expedition Ski-Doo Snowmobile
The Expedition lineup of Ski-Doo Snowmobiles is the perfect blend of comfort and utility. They can be utilized for touring and work on and off the trail. There are multiple variations of the Expedition available starting from the Sports for individuals on a tight budget and all the way up to the Extreme. All models have the Pilot DS 2 Skis that provide excellent control even in the deepest snow while making sidehilling effortless. The throttle block on the Expedition Ski-Doo snowmobile variants can be rotated and operated with just a finger which enhances comfort on long rides. Analog speedometer and tachometer with digital LCD display, electric start, tongue type hitch, heated driver grips, and mechanical reverse are stock features. The engine options available depend on the model. All Expedition variants except Extreme have 2-up seating.
